1. Contract
The terms and conditions constitute a formal agreement between clients and VESPAL LTD. Customers can place an order through phone, email, fax, and online forms. Placing an order and using our services constitutes an acceptance of the terms and conditions.
2. Pricing
The minimum call-out fee is £55 for both carpet and upholstery cleaning. We charge £10 if our operatives need to collect keys from another person.
Over the phone, prices are calculated on the basis of average room sizes. Additional charges apply if your bedrooms and living rooms are over 20 sq. m. and 40 sq. meters, respectively. We will include congestion and parking charges in your invoice.
We charge thirty percent more if you have a dog or cat.
3. Access
Our cleaners need access to your house or flat and access to electricity and running water. We charge a fee of £30 if you fail to provide these.
4. Payment
We accept cash payments and cheques.
5. Cancellations
You should notify us 2 days before your cleaning appointment. We assess a fee of £20 if you fail to give us a notice.
6. Supplementary provisions
If you have lightweight furniture, we will gladly move it for you.
Clients are responsible for any fragile and breakable items. Please store them away. Note that items and valuables such as cash, antiques, jewelry, works of art, and items of sentimental value are excluded from liability.
Our customer services responds to complaints within 5 work days. Complains by email, fax, and letter are accepted.
7. Client Satisfaction
A refund is not available, but we will return an operative if you are not satisfied. We will return a cleaner to your home once.
8. Insurance
We have an insurance cover for all cleaners on staff. Damages caused by our operatives are covered, but the policy does not include existing damages.
